thanks Lee and Ann for the invite, i haven't 'blogged' before so i might muck up a bit. I am surprised with myself as I think i have completed assignment 1. I have not proof read yet so probably in for a shock. However, i am known for rushing things and having to start over, so hopefully not this time. Good on you Ann for thinking of Ass 2, i cant go there yet, assignment 1 still buzzing around in the old head. Anyway good luck if I come up with any 'truly stunning' readings that might help I will post them, also would be grateful if you guys have any thoughts on critiquing the themes in Ass 1 as I think this is my weak link. I choose direct and indirect leadership, vision and goals and relationships all in relation to the impact of leadership on student achievement, so please keep me in mind when reading.

Good morning all. Ann will know this. In the UK all tertiary and compulsory education go through a rigorous inspection process. It is a real nightmare which seems to serve no purpose other than padding politician ego. Anyway, the process is broken down into key questions. Leadership is one.
